A watercolour sketch on Saunders Waterford, 140 lb, cold pressed watercolour paper. Drawing and painting practice. Daniel Smith watercolours were used. It was a challenge for me. But still much fun to do…
I am pleased to say my recent arm/shoulder injury is steadily improving. I have a way to go still but significant improvement has been made. I find painting easier now which pleases me enormously…
Lovely, Evelyn! Takes me back to my dancing days!! I studied ballet for eleven years… about 106 years ago 😂😂 SEEMS like that long ago. Anyway, nice work! Glad your arm and shoulder are improving! Happy Christmas and all the best for 2019! 🎄🎄🎄
Thank you Carolynn! I’m not totally happy with this sketch. But I will do some more on this theme and try some different approaches and techniques… ! Interesting that you studied ballet… !!

I’m glad your injury is getting better. I hate it when one stops me from creating. The ballet slippers show that you are back.
